Treatments at the Vitaespa Wellness Centre:- Hammam Itinerary: A programme studied as a tonic after a great deal of effort, a physically wearing day, giving your body a balanced and energized ritual. It consist of a hot bath (40°/60°) followed by a humid environment (90/95%) enriched with essential oils. The ritual lasts about 30-35 minutes alternating with cold showers to stimulate and re oxygenate the blood. The Turkish bath is the ideal to cure respiratory inflammation and the purification of the skin.
